Back Orders: Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped immediately as they become available, or the back order will be cancelled at the customer’s request.

Warranty: The seller’s and/or manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to repair or replace products proven to be defective. Neither manufacturer nor seller shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage as a direct or consequential result from the use or misuse of the products offered for sale. Purchaser/user assumes all risk and liability connected with the installation/ use of the product(s).

Returns: Satisfied customers is what RODWORX has built its business on! If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any item returned must be in new, unused and unaltered condition. The item must be returned in the original package, and with any/all warranty cards, manuals &/or instruction sheets, and shipping charges must be prepaid. No returns or exchanges allowed on electrical parts, special orders or after 30 days from the invoice date. Customer must call for a Returned Goods Authorization and a copy of the original invoice must accompany the return or exchange. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
